In 2004, my young career started in a Tokyo Steak House located in Clovis California. In 2013, I moved to Minnesota seeking a better opportunity. I love the great outdoors and all the activities here. While I'm very competitive, I know there's always room for growth. I enjoy learning new techniques and improving in anyway I can. Seeing customer’s satisfaction is always a joy. The LemonGrass crew is hard working and wonderful. Ernest Robledo, born in California but raised in Minnesota started cooking at a young age making traditional Filipino meals with his mother and his 'Lola'. Got his start as a dishwasher at the age of 14 in a small town restaurant to jumping up as a line cook before even turning 15. From there, he's spent his life and passion honing his craft in various kitchens, from American Regional to Japanese/Sushi. From quitting culinary school to holding title as head chef for a downtown Minneapolis hotspot, he prides himself in the work he immerses in and the 'art' he delivers. He praises his son Apollo for being the reason he never quit and he'll never settle. "Stay humble always, know your faults, and NEVER stop learning, because there's always a better you."

Ki Vongsoth. I've been doing sushi for 5 years. Sushi is something I truly enjoy doing. I've worked for Tiger Sushi, Seven Steakhouse and sushi, Aji Japanese restaurant and Bagu Sushi and Thai Restaurant and now I work at Lemongrass. I've been with my lovely wife Leticia for 12 years married for 2 years. We have 2 lovely children, my son Lukas is 7 years old and my daughter Luna is 2 years old. On my days off I enjoy spending time with my family and doing anything my kids want to do."

Joshua Walbolt, A young chef born and raised in MN left his hometown to pursue his culinary dream. Classically trained in French cuisine at the Harvard of Culinary schools in New York, he then moved to Florida to work for Disney World at its finest restaurants where he gained recognition as Top Chef in a competition. From working in family owned restaurant to training with culinary giants like Iron Chef Morimoto, Joshua has been winning awards since he started pursuing his culinary dream and recently competed as San Pellegrino's top 10 young chefs in USA. Since moving back to MN from his culinary adventures he has worked in up scale restaurants such as Spoon & Stable, Alma, and of course LemonGrass! Joshua is a ambitious rising star chef, book a reservation with him while seats are available!
